Stephanie Verdecchia
Exercise Physiologist
Stephanie Verdecchia is Co-Owner and lead group fitness instructor at Studio Fit. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University and has achieved various certifications over the years to include: Les Mills BodyPump (R), Madd Dog Athletics Spinning (R), Zumba (R), PiYo (R), Hip Hop Hustle (R), and Piloxing (R). Additionally, she is also certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health/Fitness Specialist.
Stephanie also has a zeal for long distance running and has completed several road races including many half marathons and a marathon. Along with her undying passion for fitness, she finds it rewarding to work with people in both one-on-one and during group exercise classes. Stephanie also loves to assist individuals in achieving a healthy lifestyle with education, knowledge and support.
Steve Beck, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Dr. Beck, co-owner, has over 13 years in the fields of helath welness, strenalso has an active hand at the studio in the personal training side. Being a physical therapist greatly enhances the personal training experience by combining knowlege in exercise and rehab-ultimately halping clients with various musculoskeletal conditions and working the body as a whole to improve muscular tone, endurance, strength and overall well-being.
Dr. Beck has had the distinct opportunity to work in various settings to include skilled nursing, outpatient, inpatient and home health. Over the years Dr. Beck has worked toward gaining an understanding in low back pain and SI (sacroiliac) joint dysfunction and treatment protocols to reduce dysfunction and pain and return to an active and healthy lifestyle. Other areas of interest include gait-mechanics and dysfunctions due to musculoskeletal issues and how they relate to the function of walking and running.
At the Studio, Dr. Beck also performs running analysis, various sport specific consultation for mechanics and also works with clients on weight loss.
Kelly Brown
Exercise Physiologist
Kelly has been in the Health, Fitness and Wellness field for over 11 years. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University. She has a passion for fitness and wellness and helping others change their lives and reach their goals.
In addition to her bachelor degree, Kelly is also a certified Health/Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. Kelly has a large passion for group exercise classes. She finds that working out with others holds an individual accountable and helps to motivate them to push harder and work to their potential. To assist in her passion for group exercise, Kelly is certified through many different organizations; including: AFAA- primary group fitness instructor, Les Mills BodyPump, YogaFit Levels 1 & 2, PiYo, and Johnny G. Spinning. Kelly is also CPR and AED certified.
